Frequently asked questions
Do I need a contract?
No. You pay for the time you use, at the same rates as my home visits. If you'd like a regular check-up booked in, I can do that too, and you can cancel any time.
Can you come outside opening hours?
Yes. Evening and early-morning visits can be arranged, so the work doesn't disrupt your customers.
Do you provide invoices?
Yes, an itemised invoice on the day, for your records.
Are you a big IT company?
No. It's just me, which makes me ideal for businesses with a handful of people. If you need round-the-clock monitoring for a big network, I'll say so honestly and point you to someone who does that.
Do you work with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?
Both, every day. I can set them up from scratch, move you from one to the other, or tidy up your existing set-up.
