Common Microsoft and Google problems

Email won't send or receive

Outlook or Gmail, stuck in the outbox, asking for a password every five minutes, or an inbox that has disappeared.

"Your storage is full"

OneDrive, Google Drive, Gmail or Google Photos. I find what's hogging the space and tidy it up without losing anything important.

My files have disappeared

They've usually just moved into OneDrive or Google Drive. I'll show you where they are and how it works.

Paying twice for the same thing

Microsoft 365 and Google One? Two plans? I'll check what you've got and make sure you only pay for what you need.

Sharing with family or staff

Microsoft Family, Google Family, Microsoft 365 Business or Google Workspace, set up so everyone has what they need.
